The AVA publishes The American Wanderer, a bi-monthly tabloid-type newspaper which is full of news about walks, clubs, events, and sources of information on walk-related subjects, and sources of paraphernalia, including footwear.
Individual membership as a Volkssport Associate includes a subscription to The American Wanderer (TAW). You'll find listings for all the U.S. and Canadian clubs, links to the IVV website as well as to several international walk sites, and by-date listings of all the special events being held.
